Due to the nature of food and beverage products, all food and drink sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

For paid bookings, including Shonen War Games anime game show experiences and English Conversation Workshops, refunds are not guaranteed after payment. However, if you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on timing, availability, and the type of booking.
